to dive into the world of Chinese spirits by booking our ”Baijiu Tasting”. Leading you down the
intoxicating path is Scandinavia’s leading expert on Chinese alcohol: Ludvig Sääf. During the
tasting, you will experience the depth of traditional Chinese alcohol. For one, you will try one of the
world’s oldest alcohols, Shaoxing wine. It is the predecessor of sake and carries the cultural
importance of Champagne in the West. Second, you will try a variety of different baijiu, the nr 1
selling spirit in the world. Finally, you will try Chinese bitters, yaojiu, spirits that are infused with
Chinese medicine. If you want to understand Chinese food culture, you need to understand

tasting experience where China sommelier Ludvig Sääf will take you on a journey through 2000
years of the most ancient of tea cultures. In our tea room, you will sample tea brewed kungfu-style,
it is the Rolls-Royce of tea brewing. We have all had tea, but you have never had tea in this way. Tea is
the lifeblood of China; it has influenced world history. Book our tea tasting before or after your
