Crayfish are a true delicacy in China too – and now FEI brings the best of both worlds together! Join us for a unique Chinese Crayfish Party, where Swedish West Coast crayfish meet authentic Chinese flavors and cooking techniques.

The evening begins on our magical Rooftop Bar, before taking seat at the long table to enjoy local crayfish prepared in two exciting styles: a mild and aromatic version inspired by China’s east coast, and a fiery Sichuan-style preparation with chilli and Sichuan pepper. The evening comes with a fantastic atmosphere, Chinese drinks, a DJ, live music, games and plenty of “ganbei”!
